Andrea grew up between two worlds, Thailand and the United States, and has spent her career translating between worlds: between employees and employers, between fear and strategy, between conflict and resolution.
A former Thai teen recording artist turned employment attorney, speaker, and coach.
She chose the name LKMY (pronounced alchemy) because she believes in one thing above all: difficult experiences, handled right, turn into something greater.
